What in the world is Boodog?
Boodog is a 5,000 year old cooking method found in Mongolia that dates back to the time of Marco Polo. The technique utilizes an empty animal carcass as the cooking vessel eliminating the need for pots and pans - perfect for the nomadic lifestyle found on the Mongolian Steppe.
